Sometimes yes — via HTTP/Webhook nodes against the tool's public API. Send me the tool and what should happen end-to-end; if it can be scoped cleanly I'll either include it or send a separate offer with the API work priced in.

What happens if the platform (Zapier, Make, an API) changes and breaks my workflow later?
Inside the gig's revision window, I'll fix changes I caused. Platform-side breakage after delivery (an API deprecation, a Zapier app rewrite, a Make pricing change) is a separate scope — but I offer a low-cost maintenance window for that exact case if you want it.
What counts as "one workflow"?
One end-to-end automation — one trigger and the steps after it. If you have three Zaps that should arguably be one, send a screenshot first.
How do you get access?
A guest/tester seat with only the permissions I need, OR a temporary password you rotate after handoff.
What if the fix is bigger than expected?
I tell you within the first hour. You approve a wider scope or we keep it inside the original.
