In our first FREE Discovery call, we will get to know each other and I will explain to you what working with me is like. We will establish your content in all areas of life, your main goals, and how I can help you. If we decide to work together I will send you a detailed work plan for the following sessions. Don't worry, I will create a safe space for you to feel comfortable, safe, and heard.

How does the coaching process work?
We will start with an initial discovery call to discuss your goals and challenges. From there, we will develop a personalized coaching plan. Sessions can be conducted through video calls.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
The number of sessions needed varies from person to person, depending on individual goals and challenges. I recommend starting with a few sessions (4) to establish a foundation, and we can assess progress together. Regular sessions are generally more effective in achieving lasting results.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. I adhere to a strict code of ethics that includes confidentiality. Your privacy and trust are of the utmost importance, and I maintain a secure and confidential coaching environment.
