What happens after the free hosting period?
We will make suggestions for services on our servers and other popular providers. We don't have any 'lock-ins'. You are free to (and will have access to) change hosting providers at any time. Our renewal options start at $36 per year.
Will my website work on phones (mobile responsive)?
We understand that having mobile-friendly websites is a must in today’s digital world. That’s why we ensure that all our websites are designed and developed to be responsive on all devices. We also manually test each website on a range of devices to ensure optimal performance.
Will I be able to edit and maintain my own website after it's built?
Yes. Our websites are built using standard WordPress + Divi (fully licensed - forever). You will be able to edit the website yourself as easily as editing a Google Doc. You can add more pages, more products, more images, and change text. We use one of the most popular theme builders for WordPress.
Do you offer support & maintenance after my site is launched?
We also provide a Forever Fix policy, so if you choose to use our hosting, our team will be available for fixes and minor changes for free. If you're hosting elsewhere we'll be there for you for up to 14 days to fix bugs and make minor changes.
Where are the websites hosted? Are they green?
Our UK-based hosting offerings are powered by 100% renewable energy, so you can rest assured that your business is helping to reduce its carbon footprint. Plus, our global reach is powered by Cloudflare, which also uses renewable energy. We provide hosting for 6 months with every website.
What about website security and SSL
All our hosting (without exceptions) come with SSL, ensuring your data is safe and secure. We also keep all our webservers running the latest software and we make sure they’re kept up-to-date. We update plugins and theme files for websites that we host too, making sure your website remains secure.
Will I have full ownership of the finished website or will I have to contact you for changes each time?
You are the owner and you’ll have full admin access to make any changes or add products and services as you'd like. We use one of the most popular theme builders for WordPress (DIVI). This means that there's a huge range of video tutorials and blogs available online to help you get started.
Will you rewrite my content?
Our team of experienced writers can take your provided text and transform it into something truly special. But that's not a part of this gig. Contact me for a custom gig if you need content rewriting.
