FAQ
Will my documents stay private?
Yes. With the open-source option, everything runs on your own infrastructure — documents never leave your server. With API-based models, only retrieved snippets are sent per query.
What document formats do you support?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, HTML out of the box. Scanned PDFs need OCR — message me first.
Do I need my own server?
For Basic, no — I can demo it hosted temporarily. For Standard/Premium, you'll need a VPS or cloud account (I'll guide you on the cheapest suitable option).
Are there monthly costs after delivery?
Open-source route: only your server cost. API route: pay-per-use to the provider. I'll estimate both before we start.
