I joined Guarantee Engineer (Pvt) Ltd. as a Planning Engineer. Where I use all of my expertise to complete the project on time, according to the schedule, within the scope, and within budget. Project: Nexgen Auto Body Shop Extension Client: Nishat Hyundai Motors (PVT) LTD. Project Location: M3 Industrial City, Sahianwala, Faisalabad, Pakistan My responsibilities include: • Prepare and update the Daily Progress Report (DPR). • Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and monitor project progress using Primavera P6. • Prepare weekly and monthly project schedules, progress reports, and S-curves. • Coordinate with the client, Project Manager, consultants, and site engineers to ensure timely project execution. • Identify schedule delays, monitor critical activities, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines. • Create the RITs (Requests for Inspection & Testing) and have them approved by the client. • Deliver monthly project progress presentations and schedule updates to the client

During this period, I was engaged with the professional teams and was provided with exposure to diverse aspects of construction practices, project coordination, and business operations. The internship enhanced my technical knowledge and practical observation to develop a better understanding of the industry.
