I've stood in Westminster Abbey preparing for the Queen's Funeral. Delivered at the G7 Summit. Shaped national training. I started differently: was rejected as a volunteer & told "No experience. Don't apply again." That became fuel & I became Head of Training at that same organisation. Now, I help ambitious people who are capable but stuck.
