Yes, especially if the cause of the issue is unclear. Please send a brief description, screenshots, error messages, and the approximate workflow size so I can confirm the correct package.
What information do you need to troubleshoot my workflow?
I may need the exported workflow JSON, screenshots, execution logs, error messages, sample input data, and details about the expected result. Secure temporary access may also be needed for issues that cannot be reproduced from the exported workflow.
What does the Basic package cover?
The Basic package covers one clearly identified issue in one simple existing n8n workflow. It does not include investigating multiple errors, rebuilding the workflow, or adding new integrations.
Can you build a new n8n workflow from scratch?
This Gig focuses on troubleshooting existing workflows. New workflow development is available through my main n8n automation Gig or through a custom offer based on your requirements.
Can you fix API, webhook, or authentication errors?
Yes. I can troubleshoot REST APIs, webhooks, headers, tokens, OAuth configurations, request payloads, responses, and data mapping, provided the required access and API documentation are available.
Can you troubleshoot database issues?
Yes. I can troubleshoot existing database connections, queries, credentials, and data mapping. Creating a new database integration is available as a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Do you support both n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n?
Yes, I can work with n8n Cloud and self-hosted installations. Server, Docker, SSL, domain, or infrastructure issues may require a separate custom offer.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments related to the originally agreed issue. New features, additional integrations, new errors, or changes to the original requirements are not considered revisions.
Do you guarantee that every issue can be fixed?
I will investigate and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. However, some problems may depend on third-party outages, expired subscriptions, unavailable permissions, restricted APIs, or missing credentials.
How will you deliver the completed work?
I will deliver the updated workflow JSON or complete the fix securely in your environment. I will also provide a short summary explaining the issue and the changes made.
