For what it took and the timing it took, I think this is a fair score. The comm took quite some time, mostly due to him being busy, I think, though communication is golden, and if we had more of that, I think it would have been better all around. One day I plan on coming back to check out this guy again...

Great work with the artist. I love how the piece came out. My only recommendation is for the artist to work on communication and time management. Maybe extending the baseline delivery time for their work, and being sure to check in with clients. Not checking in for most of the wait time does not allow...
