Do you build the Shopify theme from scratch?
No, I customize themes, not build them from the ground up (that's a much larger, more expensive project). I work with free themes like Dawn or a premium theme of your choice, and customize the design, layout, and sections to fit your brand.
Do I need to buy a theme or apps?
Free themes and most core features cost nothing. If you want a premium theme or a paid app, you purchase it (it's registered in your name, so you own it), and I handle all the setup and customization. I'll always tell you up front if something needs a paid plan before we start.
What's a "custom section"?
A custom section is a unique, custom-built component on your store — like a branded hero, a product showcase, or a special layout block coded to your needs. Each package includes a set number, and you can add more as an extra. It's genuine custom development, not just rearranging existing blocks.
Can you set up Print-on-Demand / dropshipping?
Yes. I integrate platforms like Printful or Printify so your products are printed and shipped automatically with no inventory on your side. You supply the designs (or add my design extra), and I handle the full technical setup and product syncing.
Do you upload my products?
Yes, product uploads are included, up to the limit in your package (10 / 25 / 50). Have more? Just add the extra-product option. Sending your product info and images up front keeps delivery on schedule.
Can I pay in stages for a larger project?
Yes. For bigger builds I offer milestone-based orders, you pay stage by stage and approve each part before the next begins. It keeps the project transparent and lets you see progress before moving forward. Great for custom or higher-budget stores.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 3, Standard 5, and Premium unlimited, all within the agreed scope. Revisions cover refining the design and features we've planned. New pages, new sections, or added features are new scope and are quoted separately.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes, I'm fully bilingual and can build your store and communicate in either language.
Do you include ongoing maintenance?
It's not fully included in these packages but I do offer the service of maintenance for a monthly fee. This varies according to the maintenance needs.
