I was supposed to receive the production two days ago, but there was no communication during that time. When the individual finally responded, they claimed they had been in an accident and provided a photo that was later found to be taken from an online source. When confronted about this, they did not respond and instead only requested to cancel the order.

-Diligent freelancer, the timing of the job fluctuated a bit but communication was timely and satisfied with the result based on what i asked them to do.

Version 1 was not what we hoped for; however the freelancer went above and beyond to correct this. Version 2 was exactly what we needed.
