Architected and deployed a high-performance Multi-Tenant AI Platform and App Marketplace (LifeOS Ecosystem) as a solo developer. Core Architecture & Engineering: Platform Engineering: Built a scalable "Browser OS" for AI that bridges web, extension, and PWA interfaces. Designed a centralized "Neural Backbone" where multiple specialized agents (Travel, Finance, Productivity) share a unified cross-thread memory and context. Performance Optimization: Achieved sub-5ms server latency and native-like UI responsiveness by leveraging a bleeding-edge stack: Bun runtime (3x faster than Node), Hono (Edge API), and Vite SSR. Data & Privacy: Engineered a privacy-first, local-first architecture using IndexedDB (Dexie) for offline capability and PostgreSQL + Drizzle ORM for efficient multi-tenant data management. Testing & QA: Implemented a public-facing E2E testing suite using Playwright to simulate user flows and validate "Thought Process" latency in real-time. Business & Strategy: Marketplace Logic: Designed the "Chrry" marketplace infrastructure, enabling a 70% revenue share model for creators and self-sustaining economics via user-provided API keys. White-Label Infrastructure: Built a dynamic manifest generation system that allows a single codebase to deploy multiple distinct brand identities (Vex, Focus, Atlas) instantly.
