I work with clients to develop drone and UAV concepts into practical CAD designs, focusing on functionality, manufacturability, assembly, and real world use. My work involves analyzing client requirements, reference images, existing CAD files, dimensions, electronics, payload requirements, and manufacturing constraints before developing the design. I approach each project by first defining the mechanical architecture, then developing the 3D CAD model, checking component fit and clearances, optimizing parts for the intended manufacturing method, and refining the design through client feedback.
