I’m Corrado Bucci, an Italian music producer, composer, DJ and sound designer. I’ve been making music for over 15 years, and music has always been a big part of my life. I started out playing piano and keyboards, and over the years my sound has naturally grown through different influences, from house, jazz and funk to soul, hip-hop, electronic and Afro-Latin music. I’ve never really wanted to fit into just one genre. I’m more interested in finding the right sound for each project. Since 2012, my music has been released on labels including Rebirth Records, Defected Records, Local Talk, Compost Records, Wonderwheel Recordings and BBE. I’ve also had the chance to work with artists such as Rainer Trüby through the TRUCCY project, and to have my music and remixes released through Universal Music / Verve. Over the years, my tracks have been supported by DJs and artists including Gilles Peterson, Jimpster, Solomun, Joey Negro, Tensnake and Tony Humphries. Music has also taken me around the world, from Italy and the UK to China, where I’ve played, worked on projects and met people who have influenced the way I approach music. Today, I work with artists, producers, singers and creators who have an idea and want to turn it into a real track. I can help with music production, arrangement, remixing, sound design and creative direction. I like working closely with people, understanding what they are looking for and finding the sound that feels right for them. For me, the best part of producing music is when an idea starts to become something real and still feels personal when it’s finished.
