As the Tactical Analyst for Cibao FC’s Professional Team, I conducted detailed evaluations of our opponents, gathering information on their playing style. For these analyses, I used design tools like Canva to create projects in PDF format and audiovisual materials through video editing software, presenting key data on each opponent in a visually organized manner. Additionally, I facilitated the creation of the game plan developed by the Head Coach, formatting it into a PDF presentation that was used to brief players before each match. During the game, I maintained constant communication with the staff on the bench, and at halftime, I met with teammates to provide an external perspective on the game’s flow. After the match, I conducted a self-assessment of our performance, delivered my analysis to the head coach along with a summary for player review, if the coach found it necessary. Finally, at the conclusion of each game, I had all materials prepared for our next opponent. To optimize and organize the material, I structured the club's filming platform (VEO cameras) and centralized all audiovisual content in an archive on YouTube. Moreover, I played an active role with the second team and the youth categories of the club. In this regard, I accompanied the second team in all their matches, recorded and evaluated their performance to meet with the coaching staff at halftime and provided an external perspective on the game’s flow. At the end of each match, I prepared a detailed summary that served both the coach and the players for self-evaluation. Similarly, with the club's youth categories, I provided continuous support throughout the season. Furthermore, when they reached the final stages of their tournaments, we analyzed their opponents to give them a strategic preview of what they would face in the most critical games.
