I will extract data from pdfs, invoices and statements into excel

Invoices, statements, freight confirmations, scans - I turn them into rows you can actually filter.

The promise that matters: no invented values. If a field is not in the document, it comes out empty and flagged for a human instead of being guessed and silently wrong.

What I do:

- text-based PDFs parsed exactly; scans and photos through OCR

- your fields mapped to one clean schema, whatever the source layout is

- totals and cross-checks validated (subtotal + tax = total, dates inside the period)

- output to Excel or Google Sheets with a "needs review" column

- batch runs - 20 documents or 20 000, same pipeline

I will tell you upfront if a document type is realistically off-limits.
