As an Architectural Designer at Sefton Engineering Consultants, I deliver design solutions that combine technical accuracy with practical, buildable planning. I research and apply town building codes to keep every project compliant for its specific area, and I contribute to town and master planning for new developments from the early concept stage. I also manage water rights and water management for the towns I design, making sure water distribution is reliable and well planned. On the visual side, I specialize in 3D modeling, visualizations, and animations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, helping clients see their project clearly before construction begins.

As an Architectural Designer at Jahan Developers, I bring fresh, forward-thinking design to residential projects. I introduced features such as water walls, green facades, infinity pools, dynamic facades, and ergonomic blueprints, with an emphasis on sustainable construction that matches what homebuyers actually want. I also led initiatives to streamline construction processes and reduce costs while promoting sustainability. Beyond design, I helped grow the business: I built relationships with 35% of developers across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, boosted the online audience by 100%, and drove a 3-fold increase in sales for flagship developments. I also helped extend the company’s presence into multiple cities, including Jehlum, and remain committed to improving residential design and community development.
