Power BI Healthcare Operations Dashboard

I built an interactive Power BI dashboard using five Excel datasets to help explore healthcare operations, financial performance, and patient experience. The dashboard includes two pages: Operations Overview, with KPI cards, appointment trends, department comparisons, and patient demographics; and Financial & Quality Performance, covering revenue, billing, doctor utilization, patient satisfaction, and waiting times. I added slicers and cross-filtering so users can explore results by date, doctor, specialty, age group, and other available dimensions. I also prepared supporting documentation and a business insights report. Excel Depreciation & Receipt Validation

I created an Excel workbook to calculate the remaining value of household and renovation items and check recorded amounts against available receipts. The workbook uses depreciation formulas based on original price, item age, and depreciation period. A zero-value limit prevents negative remaining values after full depreciation. Records with missing depreciation periods retain their original value and are flagged for review. I also compared recorded amounts with available receipts, marked results as MATCH or NO RECEIPT, and created a separate review sheet for calculation logic, totals, and validation results. Excel Data Cleaning & Contact Database Organization

I consolidated contact records from Gmail and Apple source files into a structured Excel master database that is easier to search, review, and maintain. I removed duplicate email addresses, reviewed similar names linked to different email addresses, and identified records with missing names or social media and payment-platform handles instead of email addresses. I organized the data into fields including Email, First Name, Last Name, Organization, Group, Source, and Comments. I also refined names for personalized greetings and applied sorting, filters, and frozen panes for easier navigation. Identifying information was redacted from portfolio screenshots.
