At GrowthFlow Systems, I was responsible for building and optimizing a complete CRM and automation system focused on lead management, affiliate onboarding, and digital product delivery. I implemented a structured CRM setup using Pipedrive to manage the full sales pipeline from lead capture to conversion. Custom pipelines, deal stages, and automation triggers were created to improve visibility and reduce manual tracking. To support scalability, I developed automation workflows using Make that connected key platforms such as Whop for affiliate management and product access, and Circle.so for community onboarding. This created a seamless user journey from registration to access without manual intervention. I also integrated WordPress landing pages with the CRM system, ensuring that all leads captured through forms were automatically routed into the correct pipelines and workflows. API connections and webhooks were configured to keep user data synchronized across all platforms in real time
