- Dimensions of the structure you are building (length, width, and height)
- A hand sketch to illustrate its shape (optional)
- Pictures of the location where the structure will be built

What is Full Set Of Plans?
Fully set of plans are drawings that cities usually request to issue a building permit for a deck or patio or patio cover. it includes architectural views, framing plans, and attachment details.
What do You need To Get Started
I would need Dimensions length, width, and height, if possible a sketch would be really helpful.
How long does it take you to creat the plans?
It depends on the project, and the active orders I have but as a rule of thumb it takes between 4-6 days I do provide super fast delivery for a full set of Deck and Patio plans (in only 24hours) for an additional 150 USD
