Weekly bookkeeping rounds in Moneybird: processing bank transactions, matching sales and purchase invoices and receipts, keeping debtors and creditors up to date and quarterly checks before the VAT return. Also: setting up new Moneybird administrations, recurring invoices, cleaning up backlogs, mileage (km) declarations and general administrative support. Before going independent I worked in the corporate world as an executive assistant, bookkeeper and administrative employee.
