FAQ
What is included in the 3-server BigBlueButton cluster setup?
You’ll get a fully functional setup with 3 BBB servers connected to a Scalelite load balancer, centralized recording storage (NFS), Greenlight UI, HTTPS/SSL, and optional integration with Moodle or Nextcloud.
Do you offer custom branding for the BigBlueButton interface?
Yes! I’ll customize the logo, favicon, header title, default presentation, welcome message, and default language to match your brand.
Can I add more BBB servers later as my usage grows?
Absolutely! I offer scalable deployment. Additional BBB servers can be added at any time for just $100/server.
Will my setup be secure with SSL?
Yes, I configure SSL using Let’s Encrypt for HTTPS access, ensuring secure communication between users and the server.
Do I need to provide the servers, or do you handle that?
You need to provide access to cloud or VPS servers that meet the minimum requirements. I can guide you in selecting a provider if needed.
Can this setup work with my existing Moodle or Nextcloud instance?
Yes. If you already have Moodle or Nextcloud hosted, I will integrate BigBlueButton with them during the setup.
How long does the setup take?
Setup usually takes 2–4 days, depending on server availability and required customizations.
