Over the past three-plus years, I worked for an independent real estate acquisitions and investment company "AL-Fakhir Corp LLC" focused on off-market residential and small commercial assets in the Houston market. My primary focus was deal origination, property underwriting, and transaction management. I managed the entire workload of sourcing off-market opportunities through targeted outbound strategies, underwriting rehab costs and exit valuations (ARV or Cap Rates), negotiating purchase contracts, and managing disposition to local investors in the community and capital partners. Beyond deal execution, I built the operational infrastructure such as configuring CRM pipelines, automating lead-scoring workflows, and managing title and escrow compliance to ensure frictionless closings. I’m looking to offer this hands-on experience in sourcing, underwriting, and process automation as a service to new clients.
