Sobre mí
I look at digital experiences through the eyes of a first-time visitor to understand where the feeling, trust, and character of a business may not be fully carrying into its online presence.
Sometimes a business has built something meaningful in the real world that its digital presence only partially reflects. My work focuses on identifying those disconnects and translating them into clear, practical observations.
Every request is reviewed first to confirm I can provide useful, worthwhile feedback.
