I will ensure that your CRAWL swim becomes a fluent and efficient process that fits and suits your body style.
By pointing out your current weak areas, and finding where you are creating drag rather than propulsion. Then with a set of exercises the current inefficient process gets replaced by a new efficient movement. This allows you to feel the water, and swim at a lower exertion level. no more gasping for air, or the sound of water splashing all round. Learn a efficient stroke, that ensures you have a glide-like stroke performance, that is in great balance, streamlined and giving you most distance per stroke.
Having spent years teaching swimmers, I have understood that everyone is different, and teaching effective crawl requires a individual one-on-one environment.
Avoid injury by finding a stroke that suits your build, your current abilities. My swim concept is based on training and learning from great trainers in the US, South Africa and Australia.

Do you teach other swim styles?
No, I only teach crawl. As I have a passion for front crawl swimming, and this is the way to swim if you are participating in triathlon, or open water swim events.
Do you help with fear of open water?
Yes, this is a additional teaching method I am certified in. As a certified Endurance Coach, and IPE certified Potential coach, I use various techniques from EFT, to CBT and ERT to help swimmers overcome a fear of open water. More information under www.heikostribl.com or AMAZON Total Irritation -
Do you teach in a real life POOL enviroment?
Before COVID-19 epidemic struck and closed this, I taught swimming in a real life coaching environment in Germany, Spain, UK, USA and South Africa. Swimming is my passion, and having worked as a swim coach my aim is to continue helping people reach their goals, real-life hopefully soon again.

Great question, yes I teach in GERMAN or SPANISH.
What happens if I still struggle after the Lessons?
If you follow the instructions, and have a good training environment, the progress will come. Should there be additional issues that arise, or unforeseen problem areas, contact me and I will be available at no additional charge.
I can swim, but get out of breath. Can you help me?
Definitely. It is quite common for swimmers' to experience a shortage of breath. This has a few possible reasons. in my experience this can be fixed by using a set of specific exercises. These exercises must be conducted in a shallow pool, preferable with calm water.
I have scary thought whilst swimming in deep water. Can you help?
Since the movie JAWS this has been a common topic. Honestly who doesn't remember that movies PICTURE. Fear of deep water, or open water can be solved by using a set of proven techniques which address the thought process and helps overcomes the mental images by using scientifically proven methods.
Am I too old to learn crawl? Is it worth it?
Swimming is extremely beneficial for your health, cardiovascular and of course there is no constant pounding of the knees or joints as in running. Definitely you are never too old to learn swimming. My oldest student was Max, aged 71. Still taking part in sprint triathlons. What are you waiting for.

Well, let us focus on you. Its not about the others is it? We need to take a look at your current style, and then find room for improvements. I am pretty confident that even without knowing you, there will be a way to find speed. Definitely I would feel honoured to help you.

Definitely I can help you with that. There are a few ways to go about this. One is to improve the propulsion, and the other is to reduce drag. Let me take a look at your style, and give you a detailed analysis. With a simple before and after test, you will see the improvement, and feel it too..
