Polite vendor, did a nice design for my e-book. There were running issues understanding basic modification requests, but they were willing to accommodate and didn't seem annoyed. Fortunately I'm able to adjust it myself, and the changes are small, so not a huge deal.

Lack of attention for important details . The text wasn't justified and centered , there wasn't enough contrast with the colours. I finished it myself but I had asked her to improve the e´book, she did it but it still wasn't incomplete. Lack of vision.
