Ugcheather's work on the UGC videos was below expectations, with a noticeable lack of creativity that limited their impact. Additionally, collaborating on this project felt strained due to a low level of effort, which reflected poorly in the overall deliverable. The value presented was not justified, leaving much room for improvement.
