Yes, I am a Certified Pro-advisor of QBO and Xero. Also, I have been providing bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of clients from the last 3 years.
Which accounting software do I use for the Accounting & Bookkeeping Services?
I assist my clients with these services on QuickBooks Online, Xero and Wave.
How will I access your accounting software?
I will ask you to add me as a user to access you books.
Do I use any other platform other than accounting software?
Not comfortable with accounting software?? No worries, I can execute the entire bookkeeping and financial reporting process using Excel and Google Sheets.
What documents are required for monthly bookkeeping?
Clients must submit bank, credit card, loan, mortgage statements for monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Why does the client need to submit bank/credit card statements despite the bank connectivity in the accounting software?
Bank/Credit card statements are required for the reconciliation process at the end of each month. The opening/closing balances and dates on these statements are the two main components of the reconciliation process.
How do I handle unknown transactions? Do I add them randomly without prior confirmation from client?
Any ambiguity is dealt with sensitivity. Firstly, I make sure to understand the transaction based on the memo/description. If it still doesn't make sense, I reach out and clarify before any action on the transaction.
