Basic covers one checkout or payment issue. If you have several, Standard covers up to three, and Premium covers full store recovery. Message me first, and I will tell you honestly which package fits. I never oversell you a tier you do not need.
Can you fix Stripe or PayPal errors?
Absolutely. I fix gateway errors daily, including API, webhook, and 3D secure problems.
What if the issue is caused by a plugin conflict?
I identify conflicts as part of diagnosis. Resolving a straightforward conflict is included; if it turns out to need deeper work, I quote it clearly before starting, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer long-term WooCommerce support?
