I was pretty nervous about making an order like this, but Michi has been nothing but understanding and cooperative. And was especially engaging when I shared the lore for my particular character. The milestone payment system was also helpful and took a strain off my finances. Michi exceeded my expectations and I'm happy I commissioned them.

This was an add-on but the fact that they continued to modify the original model at my request is very kind of them. I was a bit of a hassle and they remained patient and calm with me. Very cool seller all around.
