My role is to: - Manage customer success operations for 30+ international clients in the payments and fintech industry, including banks, financial institutions, and fintechs across the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Lead cross-functional coordination with product, technical, and support teams to resolve operational and payment-processing challenges efficiently. Streamline workflows and implement process improvements to enhance response times, reduce escalations, and improve overall client satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, supporting client retention and growth initiatives. Analyze recurring issues, monitor KPIs, and apply data-driven insights to optimize service delivery and operational performance. Support global operations with scalable solutions and process improvements that improve efficiency and team productivity.
