Communication was prompt, but I ended up having to personally review and correct multiple substantive parts of the trademark filing before submission, including the mark type, filing basis, goods/services description, and contact details. Ultimately I completed and submitted the application myself through the USPTO portal.

Excellent experience. This is my first trademark submissions and wasn't sure hiw to resolve it. She was polite, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Great experience. Highly recommend to folks who needs quiet experience.
