What will be the cost of estimate?
My pricing is based on a per-project basis. My estimation services are perfect for busy contractors that need an “On-Demand” estimate completed. Most contractors bid only a few projects per month and our pricing tends to be more affordable than hiring a full time in-house estimator.
What will be turn-around or delivery time?
I always quote you an estimated timeframe before starting. If you have a rush project needed sooner than, let me know your bid date and i'll try to accommodate or add a small expedite fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date.
How do i share drawings with you?
You can send a Dropbox link or send the pdf drawings directly to Fiverr inbox.
What software you use for take off?
I use Planswift 10.3 for take off of materials.
What format sheet you will deliver?
My formats include PDF Marked Drawings, Planswift File (As Requested) & Material List Excel Spread Sheet. If you are looking for something else, discuss with me to discuss so i can accommodate. you can also send if you want me to follow a specific format for you bid.
Do rush services available?
Rush Orders Are available for an extra cost. (24 hours or less depends on order size). Please drop a msg and confirm my availability.
