Dear client,

I am an Mechanical Eingineer and Mechanical BIM modeler with more than 4 years of experience in the building environment, MEP-sector and BIM Models with GCC experiences.

I will provide you with an MEP-model (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC) based on IFC, 2D-drawings or I can design it from YOUR OWN WAY for you.

The customer provides architectural drawings (DWG-format) and/or sketches (DWG-format, or hand sketches)

What is the workflow?

1. Receiving requirements (LOD-300,350,400,500);
2. Modelling en documenting for pre-submission;
3. After review modifying the model, if needed;
4. Providing the final submission;
5. Providing revision, if needed;
