How long will my project take?
Basic delivers in 3 days, Standard in 4 days and Premium in 10 days. If you need faster delivery the extra fast delivery add-on is available.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Just send me your sketches, reference images, dimensions or a description of what you need. The more detail you provide the more accurate the final model will be.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package you will receive the native Autodesk Inventor file, STEP file for compatibility with other CAD software, STL file for 3D printing and PDF drawings.
Can you work from a photo or hand drawn sketch?
Yes absolutely. I regularly work from reference images and hand drawn sketches to produce precise 3D models. Just share what you have and I will take it from there.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 and Premium includes 3. Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra.
Can you design parts specifically for 3D printing?
Yes. I design with 3D printing in mind including proper wall thickness, overhangs and support considerations. All 3D print ready files are delivered in STL format.
