I have bin doing full time reverse engineering, mold and die design for the past 28+ years. using cad softwares including creo parametric, catia, geomagic and Autocad . My especially is using cloud points from optical scanned data from various and complex parts and converting them into accurate 3d models and using them to design injection molds.
I will review your plastic part and optimize it for injection molding. This includes checking draft angles, wall thickness, warpage risks, undercuts, flow direction, and manufacturability. I can also modify the 3D model to meet molding requirements and deliver a clean Creo/Catia/STEP file ready for tooling.
