The trick is getting random unbiased feedback about your visitors' experience so you know what to improve.
For $10, I will send 10 random (USA) people to any webpage and ask the ultimate usability question:
"If you could change one thing on this webpage, whether it is major or minor, what would be at the top of the to do list?"
I'll also ask them to rate:
Testers CANNOT create accounts or register
Standard Package delivers more insights with

Custom Audiences: How do I reach my Target Market?
Our survey & tester panels include a broad audience of US consumers. You'll get more meaningful results by targeting your desired consumer market with 1 - 2 screening questions about age, sex, interests etc. Please be realistic about who we can reach through online surveys (not Fortune 500 execs).
What is the 5-Second Test?
Most visitors decide whether to remain on your site in a matter of seconds, so first impressions are critical. This optional extra has testers look at your home page or landing page for just 5 seconds then answer 3 questions about it. Find out what kind of impression your site is making.
Where do you recruit all these people from?
My day job gives me direct access to a market research panel of tens of thousands of people used by business and academic researchers. This panel is consumer-oriented and USA based. I also leverage a proprietary audience panel.
Can I see examples of what I'll get at the end of this project?

Can I ask additional questions?
Yes, simply add a gig addon. $5 for each additional question PER 10 testers. So, if you asked 2 additional questions AND ordered 2 gigs (for a total of 20 testers) you would need to order 4 extra questions.
What is the Click Test?
Where do visitors actually click when trying to accomplish something on your site? Find out with a click test. We'll ask testers to click where they think they should (for example to get details on a product, contact customer service, etc) Results come as a Hotmap image. Order as a gig extra.
What's the Navigation Test?
Similar to a Click test, but more detailed and can have 2-4 steps. Track if people can follow a path to a desired page (such as a shopping cart). Results come with pass/fail percentage plus heatmap for each step. Order by contacting me directly or see my separate gig for this service.
Can I have people buy things on my site?
While you can have people do tasks (by ordering a gig addon), I can't require people to enter their credit card info or provide personal information.
Why should I trust you to do my website testing?
Well, first this is a different website testing gig than others. I actually recruit unbiased people (or any target audience you want) to run the test.
