I will build an ai support agent for your website using your own docs

Acerca de este Servicio
An AI support agent that has actually read your documentation, help centre and policies - and says "let me get a human" when it should.
What you get:
- A chat agent embedded in your site: a script tag, or a React component in your codebase
- Retrieval over your docs, help centre, policy pages and resolved tickets
- Answers with citations, so a user can check the source instead of trusting a black box
- Ticket deflection with a clean escalation path into your existing support tool
- Conversation logs, so you can see what people actually ask and where your docs have gaps
- Rate limiting, prompt-injection hardening and a cost ceiling per conversation
The difference between a support bot that removes work and one that creates it is entirely what it does when it does not know. Mine escalates and logs the gap. It does not invent a refund policy.
Built evaluation-first: a golden question set from your real tickets is scored before launch, not after your customers find the problems.
Send me your docs URL and the three questions your support team is tired of answering.

FAQ
Will it match our brand and tone?
Yes. Colours, fonts, tone of voice and the exact wording it uses when it has to refuse or escalate are all yours to set.
What stops it inventing a policy we do not have?
It answers only from retrieved content and cites the source. Questions it cannot ground are escalated to a human rather than guessed at, and every one is logged as a documentation gap.
Can it read our private or internal documentation?
Yes, with access scoped per user role, so internal content stays internal and public visitors only ever see public answers.
Which helpdesk tools can it hand off to?
Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or a plain webhook into whatever you use. Tell me which one and I will wire the escalation path to it.
How is this different from the chat widget our helpdesk already sells?
Those match keywords against articles. This retrieves the actual passage, answers in context, cites it, and is measured against a scored question set before it goes live.
