No work done—just a waste of time and money. It’s been over a week, but I haven’t received any follow-up emails. I’ve lost a lot of money. There have been no follow-up emails for abandoned carts. I regret using this service; I’m very disappointed with the work, which didn’t get done. Klaviyo wasn’t set up correctly, which is a problem for our business.
