A community owner reached out to me because they were struggling to consistently manage their community content and keep members informed and engaged. Posts were not being organized consistently, and there was no reliable email system to keep members updated and connected. I took over the content posting and email automation, helping create a consistent communication flow between the community and its members. I organized and published community content, scheduled posts, and set up automated email sequences to deliver the right messages at the right stage of the member journey. The goal was to take the pressure off the community owner while creating a more consistent experience for members keeping them informed, engaged, and aware of what to do next.

A community owner reached out to me because his members were struggling to navigate the community, new members weren’t sure where to start, and existing members were losing interest because there was no clear direction on what to do next. He wanted a community that felt more organized, engaging, and easier for members to move through. I restructured the community space around a clear member journey, creating an intuitive flow that guided new members from onboarding to their next steps while giving existing members clear activities, content, and spaces to continue participating. The goal was not simply to make the community look organized. I structured the experience to reduce confusion, encourage action, improve navigation, and keep members excited and engaged throughout their journey.
