Commercial Rights are required any time I am recording for a project that isn't strictly for the personal use of the individual placing the order (like if you're using my recording in a work for your own client). This, of course, includes any commercials for products or services.

Typically no, unless the revision is because of a mistake made on my part (which will ALWAYS be free). Any time that a revision, either of the script itself or style of delivery, is needed after the original recording has been delivered, a "revision" extra is required to be purchased.

Everything you heard in my main demo was recorded right in my private studio! I currently use a Sennheiser MHK 416 Shotgun Microphone for most of my work, and record in an acoustically-treated sound booth.

When I'm working, I try to answer new messages as soon as I can, usually within an hour and often MUCH sooner! I live in the Eastern Time Zone and am typically awake from 8:00 am to midnight.
