Gibson did a very thorough audit of my store before changing anything. He found duplicate collections, bad collection rules and even old homepage links that I didn’t know were still connected to collections I wanted removed. He asked questions instead of guessing and gave me a much cleaner structure to work with. Very happy with the first stage.

Another really good phase. Gibson went through every product and found several mistakes I didn’t know were there, including wrong shoe sizes, duplicate products, inconsistent colors and an unfinished product that was somehow live. Everything is much more organized now and he checked with me whenever something wasn’t obvious.

The navigation and filters came out really well. Gibson simplified the menu without making products harder to find and set up useful filters for size, color, price and availability. He also tested the individual menu links and caught a wrong link before delivery. The store is much easier to browse now.
