Co-founded Kaelo (kaelo.shop), a live C2C marketplace for used sporting goods, starting with padel equipment. I own the financial model, pricing, unit economics and investor materials, and built the platform with Laravel, MySQL and Stripe: listings, Google OAuth, buyer protection and automated seller emails. Reached its first organic sale weeks after soft launch with zero ad spend.
