Requested detailed analysis and recommendations specific to my unique site terrain. Received an AI report that was lightly touched up, something I could have requested from chatgpt/gemini or similar. Communication was not professional, examples; " r u there?", "bro", etc. He may be a great tutor, however I wouldn't hire for professional work.
