I considered advertising practices, sponsorship disclosures, branded collaborations, merchandise, privacy concerns, and the legal requirements surrounding content directed toward younger audiences. I also responded to copyright claims, unauthorized uploads, copied material, misuse of characters, and other infringements affecting Bounce Patrol’s creative properties. Protecting these rights ensured that original content remained commercially valuable while allowing the company to expand its audience through new platforms, licensing opportunities, and entertainment formats.
