Started to create and sell personalized fitness plans to my friends and people in my local area. It started with creating one for my sister, who wanted to play u18 level hockey at just 13 and needed to get fit over the Summer. Needless to say with my help she got there. From there I expanded across my local area, teaming up with some personal trainers and delivering effective fitness plans for many.
