Provisional drafting (125$)
The focus of the Provisional Patent is on describing the invention as completely as possible. A provisional patent application also provides the means to establish an early effective filing date in a later-filed non-provisional patent application. It also allows the term Patent Pending to be applied in connection with the description of the invention.
Non-Provisional drafting (240$) Up to 10 claims
The focus of the Non-Provisional patent is on describing the invention completely including the claims.
