I am a parent of a neurodivergent child and founder of a support group for families of neurodivergent children. Through my family experience, community work and practical ADHD coaching with a secondary-school student, I help young people develop executive functioning skills, including organisation, task initiation and independent learning. I understand how these challenges can affect confidence and school performance. My aim is to provide a supportive, judgement-free space where young people can build practical strategies, confidence and independence.
