I find the manual process costing a business the most, then replace it with a system. It starts with a walkthrough of how a lead or an order actually moves from first touch to done. The leak is almost never where the owner assumes it is. From there: lead capture through to booking, automated first response, inbox triage, CRM auto population, and nurture sequences that fire off CRM events instead of someone remembering. Recent builds: response time down from hours to under 10 seconds, 15+ hours a week of manual work removed.

Email triage that sorts an inbox and answers the routine ones. AI agents that read replies, respond, and escalate the complex cases, with an anti-loop filter so they never end up in an infinite chain with another bot. CRM records kept current on their own.
