I run a YouTube documentary channel in Brazil (channel "Super Bits") where I write, edit, and build the visuals myself, turning ideas into engaging stories for YouTube. My workflow combines CapCut for fast paced editing, DaVinci Resolve (with Fusion) for parallax and motion graphics, and Blender for custom 3D scenes. I've handled everything from full documentaries to high-retention sponsored segments. It's common to hit a 9 minute retention on a 20-minute video, which is why I care so much about pacing.
