Led and trained teams of 40+ students in disciplinary responsibilities, maintaining detailed records and developing systems to organise student data for teacher review. Managed the council's daily operations and created duty lists, guidelines, and instructional documents to ensure responsibilities and procedures were clearly communicated. Organised a teacher appreciation event for approximately 120 participants, overseeing its theme, gifts, performances, technical arrangements, scripting, and execution. Developed strong skills in professional communication, documentation, organisation, data management, and team leadership.

As the Event In-Charge for Yuvakarshan, I conceptualized and developed the event proposal and, following approval, created the accounting-based case study incorporating a PR element. I coordinated with multiple teams to ensure seamless collaboration and smooth execution, while also curating the event flow and scripting the entire event. I evaluated and scored participant presentations and articles based on the event’s assessment criteria, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with all teams and participants to address queries, resolve doubts, and ensure everyone remained aligned throughout the process.
